Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 17, 2026
Partners in Design ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at partnersindesign.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
The short version: we collect as little as possible and we don't sell anything to anyone.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Contact Form Submissions
When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and message. This information is sent to us via Webflow's built-in form handling and delivered to our email. We use it only to respond to your inquiry. We don't add you to a marketing list, and we don't share your information with anyone.
Website Performance Data
We use Cronitor Real User Monitoring (RUM) to understand how our site performs — things like page load times, error rates, and general usage patterns. Cronitor collects technical data such as your browser type, device type, screen size, and general geographic region. This data is used solely to monitor and improve site performance. It is not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.
Hosting and Server Data
Our site is hosted on Webflow. When you visit, Webflow's servers may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This is standard for virtually all web hosting. We do not access or use these server logs for marketing purposes.
Embedded Content
Some pages may include embedded videos from YouTube or Vimeo. When you view a page with an embedded video, that platform may collect data about your visit according to its own privacy policy. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for data collected by these third-party platforms.
You can review their policies here:

WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT
We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising. We don't run Google Analytics. We don't use retargeting pixels. We don't build advertising profiles. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
Our site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely through Webflow's infrastructure. We limit access to any personal information we receive to team members who need it to respond to your inquiry.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
YOUR RIGHTS
If you've submitted information through our contact form and would like us to delete it, just ask. Email us at the address below and we'll take care of it.
If you are located in California, the European Union, or another jurisdiction that grants specific privacy rights, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. We will honor these requests to the extent required by applicable law.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and post the revised version here. We won't reduce your rights under this policy without giving you notice.
